Remote Healing Sessions
"An Empath's Odyssey: My Journey into the Realm of Distance Healing"
Distance healing experiences
Lacey had scheduled an office visit with me, but then full COVID lockdown happened and I was no longer working out of my office.
I called and asked her if she would be willing to try a distance session to help ease her pain and health issues. I explained to her what would be involved and she agreed to try it.
She had wanted to get pregnant since our very first in person session nearly 4 years earlier and gone through many unsuccessful fertility treatments.
Recently, for the first time, I felt that she was ready to get pregnant and carry a fetus to term.
Lacey’s distance healing would be my first in more than 4 decades as a practitioner of Chinese medicine, and various healing techniques I have utilized over the length of my career. These techniques involve working with a person’s Qi (the life force, pronounced “chee”) to heal them. I had practiced distance healings in my office but I was always in the same room with the client using energy healing techniques not hands on techniques. This would be my first long distance (remote) healing session
I started a Zoom session by tuning in to her overall energy. Then I tested to see which specific organs of hers might be under stress, I detected stress in her kidneys and adrenals.
She confirmed that she was indeed under stress at work. She was aware that being in a state of anxiety will adversely affect the adrenals and kidneys.
Lacey also asked about her diet. What could she do to minimize her stress and strengthen her kidneys and adrenals? I told her of foods and supplements that would help and sent her an email detailing all that we talked about.
After that, I asked her to lie down while I focused on healing her physical body – working with her energetic body, basically doing a massage without being there.
I worked on her for about 20 minutes. Then I asked, “How do you feel?”
She sat up and rubbed her eyes and said, “Wow, I feel like you worked on me physically.” That was music to my ears. She looked revitalized, as if she had received a deep and relaxing massage.
After we finished, she set up another appointment for the following month.
I called her four weeks later and asked her how she was?
“Really well actually, I’m pregnant!” she said.
For me, her wonderful news confirmed that distance healing (also known as remote healing) works. It’s possible because we are pure energy, linked by the life force that flows through and connects us all.
Since that first Zoom session, remote healings have given me the opportunity to work with clients as far away as New Zealand, Europe, Indonesia, and Canada. It’s exciting to be able to work with people anywhere in the world.
Almost anything I can do in my office, I can also do at a distance: alleviate the symptoms of COVID 19, completely dissolve a cyst, help a baby with colic, a woman with concussion, allergy elimination, among many other conditions and problems.
I have to say that from the very beginning, the results exceeded my expectations. Let me share some more of them with you.
Dede’s cyst dissolved:
Dede called to say she had a lot of pain and bloating in her lower abdomen. At this point I had stopped using Zoom, I found it was more of a distraction, I could tune in better just by hearing their voice and tuning in to their overall energy. When people call for a remote session I bring them into my ‘Virtual office’ and imagine the whole process in my mind as if they were physically in front of me.
As I tuned in and checked all of her internal organs they way I would at the office I sensed that the cause of pain and bloating in her abdomen was from a large cyst. That was not something either one of us wanted to hear.
The next morning, she went to the hospital and was diagnosed with an infection and a grapefruit-sized cyst.
Sometimes, you don’t want to be right…
After two days in the hospital, Dede came home to convalesce with oral antibiotics and bed rest. Doctors told her that before they could even think about what to do with the cyst, they needed to clear the infection first.
3 days after she got home from the hospital, I sensed that I should call to see how she was doing.
“I’m thinking about going back to the hospital,” she said. “My abdomen is bloated again… I am feeling faint and scared … and I’m in a lot of pain.”
I told her I’d work on her remotely to see if I could help. After a half-hour, I asked how she was doing.
“Night and day! I feel so much better. The pain has gone down substantially, and the bloating is gone. I’m not faint. So now, I don’t need to go back to the hospital! I want to do more work with you.” Dede went on to say that she would return to the hospital for a check-up in two weeks. In the meantime, she wanted me to work on her daily.
It thrilled me to hear that.
This was just the beginning. I had no idea the distance healing sessions could be so powerful. With such a promising start, I knew I could get even better at helping people.
My office had been closed for two months, due to the pandemic. This remote healing work had changed everything. I was no longer confined to an office. Suddenly, the whole world opened up to me – and in the safety of my own home.
I worked on Dede almost every day over the next two weeks.
After she went for her check-up, she called to tell me that the doctors were very pleased to find not only was the infection gone but her cyst had shrunk down to the size of a walnut!
We worked on the cyst further. It is now completely gone.
Rosie’s COVID symptoms eased:
Over the 2022 Christmas holiday, I received a call from Rosie. She was in New York visiting family and she had COVID. Her symptoms included body aches, difficulty with breathing, a headache, and a high fever.
I started by asking her to take her temperature. She said it was 102 degrees, so I began working on lowering her temperature and then moved on to her headache and body pains. Finally, I focused on clearing mucous out her lungs to help her breathe more easily.
After all of that, Rosie told me that she was feeling better. I could hear it in her voice, as well. I asked her to check her temperature again because I thought it was now below 100. Sure enough, it had dropped to 99.9 degrees.
I honestly don’t know how I sense these things, but my empathetic abilities help me to sense conditions and symptoms, as well as identify and utilize healing in energetic ways to bring clients back to homeostasis.
Next, focused on the pain she felt, and worked on her Kidneys to improve her breathing. I find that it’s best to work on one issue at a time. Once I feel the movement of Qi improving, I’ll move on to other areas of concern and then come back as needed.
I worked for 30 minutes and then told Rosie to get some sleep. I told her that I sensed her fever would break in the morning and she should be on her way to recovery. She was very happy to hear that.
We spoke the next day. Rosie said that when she woke up, her temperature was back to normal and she was feeling more like herself and within 24 hours all of her COVID symptoms were gone.
Laurie’s pain relieved:
Laurie tended to carry a lot of physical stress. More than once, she had come to my office hunched over in pain.
She had made an appointment earlier for an in-person treatment, but my office was still shut down.
I asked if she would be willing to try a remote session. After I emailed her some of my clients’ experiences with my distance healing, she agreed to see how effective it could be.
When I tuned in at the start of our session, I sensed that her hips were under a lot of stress. The pain extended up to her lower back, so I started there.
I saw that the pain was coming not only from her kidneys but, more importantly, also coming from her adrenal glands.
Both organs, when under stress, can cause lower back pain.
The adrenals are part of our fight-or-flight survival mechanism. They sit on top of the kidneys and produce and distribute adrenaline into the blood stream through the Kidneys. The more stress on the adrenals, the more stress on the kidneys. When I told her this, Laurie said that she and someone close to her had been fighting and things were also tense at home. As I worked to calm down her adrenals, her lower back began to relax.
When she told me the pain was gone from her lower back, I went back to her hips. I felt more tension on her left side. She agreed this was the case. I worked to move stagnant Qi out of the area.
Once I felt the hips on the backside loosen, I asked her how she was feeling. “Better,” she said
At the end of that session, I asked if there were any other areas of pain that she wanted me to work on. She said, “No, I feel pretty good"
So, I asked her to stand up and walk around. She did so and told me that all the pain was gone.
She said she was standing up much straighter now and that she felt a difference all over, especially in her upper back and shoulders.
I was very happy to see how powerful a distance healing can be for a person who normally needs deep tissue bodywork because she gets so stiff and sore.
Patricia’s concussion healed:
Patricia called to say that she had fallen down and hit her head. I didn’t need to ask her which side of her head she hit. I could tell it was on the left. I also sensed pain in her ribs and left shoulder.
She said yes, all those parts of her body hurt.
I began with work on the pain in her head and moved onto the shoulder and ribs until she said the pain was down substantially.
At the end of that session, I advised her to get some bed rest. She agreed.
Patricia asked if I could do some more work on her in two days. But two days later, her pain was completely gone.
Colic cleared for Liliana’s baby:
Liliana had a 6-week-old baby girl suffering from colic. She called to set up an appointment, adding that she was concerned about coming into the office due to COVID.
When I told her that I was doing distance healing sessions, she felt relieved and agreed to try it out.
In our Zoom session, I was able to see and hear just how severe the colic was. At one point, Liliana’s baby nearly screamed her head off – and mine, too.
At the end of that session, the infant felt fine. I showed Liliana and her husband how to help their child’s digestion by touching a few specific pressure points.
Two days later, I checked in with Liliana.
“The colic and gas have decreased significantly,” she said with relief.
Julia’s arm regains range of motion:
In my remote session with Julia, she mentioned that she was having a hard time lifting her right arm.
I asked her to raise her arm to show me the range of motion and demonstrate the point where the arm began to hurt while lifting.
I started work on that area. In less than ten minutes, Julia could hoist her right arm straight up, pain-free.
When she overextended her arm two days later, she made another appointment. At the end of our second remote session, her arm once again had its full range of motion.
Eileen’s cat healed:
Eileen had recently had an operation to remove cancer cells from her uterus. The procedure left her in constant pain from five highly sensitive incision points on her abdomen.
After 30 minutes of remote healing work, the pain had decreased so significantly that Eileen asked to shift the focus of the remainder of our session.
“Could you work on my cat, Minnie?”
“Yes,” I said.
I tuned in to Minnie and told Eileen that I found weakness in her cat’s kidneys, thyroid, stomach, lungs, and large intestine.
Eileen confirmed that Minnie was in a dire state of ill health, she had recently been diagnosed as having thyroid and kidney problems, and that she was constipated. She also had a life-threatening fungus in her sinuses and lungs.
She and her husband were concerned because Minnie was losing weight, sleeping most of the time, and not eating nearly enough.
I told them that one of the drugs used to treat the cat did not agree with her. They admitted that one of the medications was old. Fortunately, they had a newer batch of it, which they then began to use instead.
I worked on all the weakened areas, then put all my attention on eliminating the fungus in her sinuses and lungs.
At the end of the session, I asked Eileen how her cat was doing. She said that Minnie clearly had more energy. She was even eating as we spoke, where they recently had to coax her into eating even a minimal amount of food. They were very pleased with those early results.
After two more sessions, Minnie looked, felt, and acted much better. She was eating more and sleeping less and all of her symptoms disappeared over the course of 3 months time, the hardest part and what took the longest was to alleviate was the fungus. After the fungus finally disappeared, Eileen and her husband called me to express their gratitude and also to fill me in on something that I did not know.
“Our vet calls Minnie ‘The Miracle Cat’ “, they told me. “Minnie was in such a bad state and wasn’t responding to treatment or to her medications, that he recommended that we ‘put her down’.
That’s when we asked you to see what you might be able to do. We realized during the very first session that we saw your treatments were working because when you first started to tune into her she sat up and looked around like ‘What’s going on?’ She also got up during the treatment and started eating which she had been reluctant to do for a few weeks. And every time after that when you worked on her if she wasn’t eating she would go and eat either during the session or right afterwards, if she wasn’t pooping she would go and do that in her litter box. After a few sessions she stopped sitting up and taking notice that you were working on her, she excepted it and she didn’t seem to mind and she continued to improve to the point where now she is back to normal. She still needs thyroid medication but we are grateful for all you did to help our precious cat”
My work with Minnie increased my gratitude for being able to help others heal, now my work included pets and I have worked so far, on dozens of cats and dogs.
Cheryl’s eye twitch gone:
Cheryl called one morning to make an appointment.
“The skin under my left eye is twitching, and it’s driving me crazy,” she exclaimed.
I told her I could work on her over the phone, and she agreed to it with relief in her voice.
Many people are skeptical about remote healing, so I am always encouraged by those who are so open to trying it.
I worked on the twitch below her eye for several minutes but sensed little change. It felt a bit stubborn.
“Are there any other things going on that I could address?” I asked, since sometimes other parts of the body need to be worked on before the first targeted area can be completely cleared.
Cheryl mentioned she had pain in her left shoulder and left hip. I worked on her shoulder and then asked her to move her arm around to test the full range of motion. She said that it still hurt.
I then focused on the left hip and found more pain and congestion there than in the shoulder or eye. I wanted to clear that area before going back to the other two areas of concern.
While I was working with Cheryl’s left hip, she said that the eye-twitching was diminishing.
I worked on the hip for a good while and only got minimal results, so I tried an advanced technique. With that, I felt an immediate improvement.
When I was satisfied with the results in the hip, I went back to work on her shoulder.
In a few minutes, she said, “There’s no pain in the hip or shoulder anymore."
So, I went back to Cheryl’s left eye. After a few minutes there, the twitching completely subsided. She thanked me. I asked her to keep me posted, and she did.
The twitching never came back.
How and why distance healing works:
My ability to perform distance healing comes primarily from having devoted more than 500,000 hours to study and practice of traditional Chinese medicine, and various energetic healing techniques of working with Qi, or the life force.
These healing tools have proved effective for diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health issues, both major and minor.
Illness and discomfort happen when the flow of Qi stagnates, due to physical, mental and/or emotional stress.
The movement of a person’s life force can be restored through Yoga, acupuncture, bodywork, movement, and even focused mental concentration
The power of single-minded intention makes it possible for me to work with a person’s life force whether we’re in the same room, a Zoom call or even on a call over the phone.
I am also very empathetic, which helps me to sense my clients’ pain and emotional suffering, and to clear it out of their body, mind, and spirit.
This work has truly served as a blessing to myself and my patients.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I wish you health, wealth, and peace of mind.
